CANCELLATION
- Order processing: After payment is completed, the warehouse needs 2 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped.
- Modifying order details: If you wish to change your order details, including shipping address, recipient, quantity, or products purchased, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one.
- Address changes: Once an order has been paid and is being processed for shipment, we are unable to update the shipping address. For urgent changes, please contact the carrier directly.
- Cancellation notice: Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed once payment is completed. We strongly advise reviewing and confirming all order details before making payment.
- Special items: Certain limited editions, big-sized figurines, pre-order, or promotional items may not be eligible for cancellation.
DELIVERY TIME
- Processing time: Confirmed orders are usually processed for shipment within 2 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped together with the entire order once all pre-order products are in stock.
- Shipping carriers: Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, 4PX, or DHL, depending on the most efficient option available at the time of fulfillment.
- Delivery duration: Orders are shipped from China. International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on flight schedules, weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, peak seasons, or remote locations.
- Delivery notification: You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact customer service within 90 days of payment.
- Force majeure: Shipping times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other force majeure events. Delivery to rural areas or non-mainland regions may take longer.

TAX & DUTIES
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes according to local regulations. The exact tax amount will be displayed at checkout.
- Duties and tariffs, if applicable, are calculated per country regulations. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes.
OTHERS
- Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to size or quantity. Multiple tracking numbers will be displayed on the “My Orders” page.
- For single box purchases, if duplicate items are received, this is considered normal random shipping and cannot be addressed via after-sales exchanges or refunds.
- When purchasing multiple single boxes equal to or above the whole set threshold, the warehouse will determine whether to ship single boxes or a whole set based on available stock. Customers cannot specify the shipping method.
- All items are packaged carefully. Minor compression or dents during transportation are considered normal and do not affect product quality.
- Please retain packaging and all included accessories until delivery is confirmed.
